Baljit Singh is opening a new Indian bar and tasting experience at Tjuvholmen: Lille Dilli opens its doors on September 15, 2025.
The award-winning restaurateur Baljit Singh – the man behind the success of New Delhi – is now expanding with a new concept at Tjuvholmen: Lille Dilli – Indian Bar & Tasting Lab.
Right next to the flagship restaurant New Delhi, Singh invites guests into a new world of Indian flavours and ambiance. Lille Dilli blends warm Indian spices with modern cocktail culture, offering an original selection of cocktails and mocktails inspired by the entire Indian subcontinent. It’s the perfect spot for after work gatherings, nights out with friends, or romantic sunset drinks – all in a social and relaxed setting.
But Lille Dilli is more than just a bar. It’s also a Tasting Lab – a place for playful flavour experiences, small dishes with big personality, and a concept that reflects Singh’s creative approach to Indian cuisine.
For groups and corporate events, Lille Dilli offers the option to book the entire venue – with space for up to 40 people, a private bartender and chef, DJ until 11:00 PM, and a flexible menu from both Lille Dilli and New Delhi. Booking the entire venue requires a minimum of 25 guests and a minimum spend of NOK 750 per person. Perfect for holiday parties, corporate celebrations, and special occasions.
