In collaboration with Svein Lindin, Sjømagasinet invites you to a wine course at their Chefs Table. This time the focus is on Italy.

This course gives you the key to understanding the differences between Nebbiolo and Sangiovese, and the insight to distinguish a good everyday wine from a wine of the highest quality.

The tasting is set up comparatively to illuminate the grapes' uniqueness: We analyze the expression of Sangiovese through both Chianti Classico and a more powerful Brunello di Montalcino.
