In collaboration with Svein Lindin, Sjømagasinet invites you to an exciting wine course at their Chefs Table. This course gives you a comparative analysis of five wine nations, where we explore how climate, soil and craftsmanship shape the bubbles in the glass.

We taste our way through an international selection that ranges from the classic to the innovative. The tasting includes a reference wine from France (Champagne), and pits it against modern challengers.
