He’s coming to present his new wines from Petit Vilain and will share the personal story behind the project – about his passion for wine, and why he chose to go from script to grapevine.
The kitchen at Sjømagasinet has created a specially curated four-course menu, perfectly paired with the evening’s wines. Throughout the night, you’ll taste two white and two red wines from Petit Vilain, accompanied by Aksel’s own reflections on flavor, origin, and process.
This will be a summer evening out of the ordinary – with great food, genuine passion, and something new in your glass.
