Døgnvill started with a romantic idea: to recreate the feeling of sharing a burger on a first date during teenage years. Today, the restaurant is passionately dedicated to quality ingredients, delicious flavors, and, above all, creating unforgettable memories.

During truffle season, you can experience Døgnvill's take on the classic mushroom melt sandwich. They're serving a juicy beef burger with butter-sautéed chanterelles, porcini with truffle, and cauliflower purée with white truffle, alongside aioli, lettuce, parsley, and parmesan. An experience for the taste buds!
