Marimar runs two vineyards on the American West Coast:

Don Miguel Vineyard in Russian River Valley, a 33-hectare estate known for its cool climate and ideal conditions for Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.

Doña Margarita Vineyard in Sonoma Coast, where the proximity to the ocean gives the wines freshness and distinctive character.

You will experience wines from both estates while learning more about the history and passion behind them.

Sjømagasinets kitchen has created a specially composed menu designed to mirror the wines and highlight their character. Each dish is carefully paired to craft a complete flavor journey – where food and wine meet in perfect harmony.
