Basic understanding and quality

This course with Sven Lindin gives you the necessary foundation to understand the essence of red wine, from where the grapes grow to the taste experience in the glass.

We taste our way through five fundamental wine styles that cover the entire spectrum. The tasting starts with light, transparent wines (like Pinot Noir) and moves through fruit-driven and spicy styles, to the powerful and tannic varieties (like Cabernet Sauvignon).
