Family workshop at Astrup Fearnley
What does a museum look like if you get to decide?
This summer’s family workshop explores what an art collection really is—and how art can be combined to tell completely new stories.
Here, children get to create their own poster – a personal museum! Maybe you want to fill the rooms with famous artworks? Or draw your own?
Once your museum is finished, you can exhibit it in our new education space – or take it home and hang it on the wall.
Welcome to a workshop where young and old artists alike can be collectors, curators, and creators all at once!
The family workshops are held every Sunday and are drop-in based between 12:00 and 16:00. Here, children and adults can work together on creative tasks inspired by our current exhibitions.
The workshop is free for everyone, but adults over the age of 20 must pay the museum entrance fee. If you're a member, entry is free.
