Baby tour at Astrup Fearnley

Welcome to baby tour for parents with kids up to two years old.

Baby tour of the Astrup Fearnley collection

Join one of our museum educators for a baby tour through the Astrup Fearnley Collection, showcasing over 40 years of contemporary art – from Odd Nerdrum’s The Murder of Andreas Baader (1977–78), Børre Sæthre’s My Private Sky (2001), to Nina Beier’s Fleet (2024).

The museum’s presentation of works from the collection is constantly evolving. With each new rotation, the artworks are arranged in configurations that create fresh associations and foster new dialogues. Each room offers space for individual pieces while inviting encounters across generations, nationalities, media, and forms of expression.

The current exhibition showcases many of the museum’s most recent acquisitions. Visitors will discover entirely new works acquired over the past five years, while also revisiting some familiar classics.

The tour is included in the admission ticket. We encourage and recommend the use of baby carriers.
